    Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Associate Professor at Busitema University, with over two decades shaping maternal and perinatal health across East Africa. He has secured more than USD 4.6M in competitive research funding.

    Deputy ED, Head of Research & Co-Founder

    MD, PhD

    Physician-scientist and epidemiologist with joint appointments at Busitema University and the University of Liverpool. He has published 150+ manuscripts and leads AMANI's epidemiological and biostatistical capacity.

    Laboratory scientist leading AMANI's laboratory function — microbiological, haematological, and molecular analyses supporting our trials and cohorts, with rigorous biosafety and quality assurance.
